Abstract

Includes (inter alia) a survey of the content and characteristics of Yeshuʿah’s “shorter” commentary on the Pentateuch, which includes (contra his “longer” commentary) a Judaeo-Arabic translation of the biblical text. MS: St. Petersburg, National Library of Russia, Evr.-Arab. I 3204 is mistakenly cited in the bibliographical references (p. 20) as 3024.
