Abstract
Divides the extant witnesses to Saadia’s JA translation of the Pentateuch into 9 distinct categories. Several examples are cited and compared to the published edition of Derenbourg (1893) https://biblia-arabica.com/bibl/P5TZRCRK. On p. 9 the author briefly surveys the importance and relationship of Qaraite Judaeo-Arabic translations of the Pentateuch for establishing the text of Saadiah’s translation.
